Material selection, fabrication and installation working as one system.

Fluid handling and process piping systems connect water, industrial, energy and infrastructure facilities. HELICS ENGINEERING supports these systems from engineering through fabrication, installation and commissioning.

Choosing the right materials

Each project calls for a pipe material suited to its service conditions — carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, HDPE, GRP/GRE, UPVC, reinforced concrete or other specified materials. Material selection shapes fabrication, jointing, installation and testing requirements.

From transmission to process plant

Typical scopes range from water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, sewage, stormwater and seawater intake systems to RO and water treatment plants, industrial utility piping, oil & gas piping, flowlines, metering systems and process and power plant piping.

Fabrication and installation

Controlled fabrication and assembly of piping and skids, followed by disciplined site installation and integration, reduces interface issues and keeps the system aligned with its engineering intent.

Testing and commissioning

System testing, functional verification and commissioning confirm that the completed installation is ready for operation and handover.
